- For your Mold Components, our process begins with Design for Manufacturability (DFM) analysis. This ensures your product is suitable for the best molding process, whether progressive die or transfer die. We analyze factors like springback and warping, followed by 3D modeling, 2D drawing, and machining of the parts.

Warranty for Consumable Parts

- We provide warranty service for Mold Components, but please note that consumable parts, like punches, are not covered after use. This is standard practice in the industry.
- We also include spare wear parts with your shipment for your convenience.

- We accept EXW, FOB, and DDP terms, as well as payments in USD, RMB, and HKD.
