5 Seconds for a Phone Case Check
We recently made a gauge for a phone case client to check the buckle size of the case. For this Metal Die Press gauge, we used slow wire cutting to create a contour slot with a precision of 0.005mm. We also used EDM to create several corners with an EDM corner precision of 0.01mm. The client reported that checking a single case now takes only 5 seconds-much faster than their previous method. We have our own QC team equipped with digital micrometers and a V5 TRIMOS height gauge to ensure every product meets the highest standards.
