One Gauge Checks 20 Pins Simultaneously
We recently made a complete gauge for a connector client. This gauge could check the position of 20 pins at the same time. For his Hardware Fixtures gauge, we used slow wire cutting to make the positioning plate.
The position accuracy for each pin hole was within 0.005mm.
