Precision dies are widely used in modern manufacturing, and proper operation directly affects product quality, production efficiency, and die longevity. Before operation, it is essential to inspect the die for integrity and proper installation, ensuring that components such as punches, punch heads, inserts, and guide elements are undamaged, and to follow standard procedures for installation and adjustment.

 

During stamping, operators should maintain stable equipment operation, avoiding uneven loads or vibration to ensure the dimensional and geometric accuracy of the processed parts. For multi-station or continuous stamping dies, equipment should be started sequentially according to process steps, with regular checks on each station's stamping status and material alignment to prevent product defects and die damage.

 

Lubrication and cleanliness are crucial for maintaining high-precision processing. Regularly cleaning the die surfaces and guide components, along with proper lubrication, reduces friction and wear, extending die life. Operators should also record stamping parameters and die conditions for each batch to provide reference for future production.

 

Additionally, safety regulations are a key aspect of precision die operation. Operators must wear protective equipment and are strictly prohibited from manual intervention or adjustments while the equipment is running.
